1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the this portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the terms of your mobile service provider. These terms apply to all current and former users. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.
2. Service description and access
Subscription model: This is a subscription-based portal offering unlimited access to digital content.
Connectivity: An active data connection is required to validate subscription status and access content.
Usage: Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit content without express written consent from JAM.
3. Billing and charges
Subscription fees: For Dialog users in Sri Lanka, the rate is LKR 12 + tax per day.
Carrier charges: Normal messaging, data usage, and VAS fees from your Mobile Telecom Operator apply in addition to the subscription fee.
Renewal: Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled.
4. Subscription and unsubscription
Subscribing: Users can subscribe via the 'Subscribe' button on the portal.
Unsubscribing: You may unsubscribe at any time via the 'My Account' section on the portal or by dialing *123# (for Dialog users).
Processing time: It may take a few days to process opt-out requests for marketing communications.
5. Intellectual property
All content, including text, software, graphics, and logos, is the property of JAM or its licensors and is protected by Sri Lankan copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.
6. User responsibilities and liability
Account Security: Users are solely responsible for all activities occurring under their account and must keep service accounts secret.
Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify JAM against any claims arising from their use of the product.
Limitation of liability: JAM and its partners are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including technical failures of electronic communications.
7. Governance
Amendments: JAM reserves the right to change these terms or the privacy policy at any time.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
