Terms and Conditions
1. Service Provider
JAM Incorporated LLC.
2. Customer Support
If a customer requires assistance or wishes to report any issues relating to the Service, the Customer may contact Vodacom Customer Support.
3. Subscribe and Unsubscribe Instruction
If this Service is offered as a subscription, the Customer may cancel the subscription at any time by following the unsubscribed instructions provided during sign-up or by contacting Vodacom Customer Support.
4. Device Compatibility
This Service is compatible only with supported mobile devices, operating systems, and browsers. Availability and functionality may vary depending on the Customer's device and mobile network.
5. Service Charges and Network Fees
The subscription fee for this Service is R.7.00 / Daily.
6. Billing Errors
If a customer believes that they have been charged incorrectly, the Customer should contact Customer Support as soon as possible. JAM Incorporated LLC will investigate the query and resolve any valid billing disputes in accordance with applicable laws and mobile network procedures.
7. Permission from the Bill-Payer
The service must only be used with the permission of the billpayer
8. Parent or Guardian Consent
If a customer is under the age of 18, the Customer must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using this Service.
9. WASPA Membership
JAM Incorporated LLC is a member of the Wireless Application Service Providers' Association (WASPA) and complies with the WASPA Code of Conduct.
If a customer has a complaint that JAM Incorporated LLC is unable to resolve, the Customer may lodge a complaint with WASPA. Information relating to the complaint may be shared with WASPA for the purpose of investigating and resolving the complaint.
10. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including:
- Illegal activities or illegal content;
- Copyright or intellectual property infringement;
- Sending spam or promoting spam;
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
11. Suspension or Termination
JAM Incorporated LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer’s access to the Service if the Customer breaches these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable contractual or legal obligations.
12. User Content
Where the Service allows a customer to upload or host content, JAM Incorporated LLC reserves the right to remove any content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is subject to valid legal take-down notice.
